Guiding Star Wakota has been serving women and families for almost 50 years, providing free, compassionate support for those facing unplanned pregnancies and so much more. As a nonprofit, we offer pregnancy testing, limited medical ultrasounds, counseling, material assistance, and referrals to trusted resources—all at no cost. 

Our caring and compassionate staff are here to listen, support, and walk alongside those who walk through our doors. We serve women in the Twin Cities Metro area and beyond.
